Bhagwan V. R. S. Gorti is the Chief Executive Officer and Promoter of Positive Solutions. A Fellow of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (FCMA), Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Certified ESG Consultant, he brings over 40 years of professional experience, including 25 years as an entrepreneur.

Bhagwan’s core expertise lies in the design, development, and deployment of intelligent, dynamic decision-support systems across industries and business functions. He has extensive experience in SAP implementations, having served as a Functional Consultant with Andersen Consulting, specializing in Finance and Cost Controlling (FICO) modules across India, North America, and South America.

His professional career spans Financial Accounting, Corporate Planning, Turnaround Strategies, Cost Management, Management Audits, and the design of executive-level dashboards. He has led and contributed to the development of comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS), including Budgetary Control Systems, for organizations across sectors such as Agriculture, Automotive, Cement, Chemicals, Construction, Healthcare, Steel, and Oil & Gas.

Bhagwan has played a pivotal role in enabling MSMEs and SMEs to improve both top-line growth and bottom-line performance, often working closely with promoters and leadership teams to drive sustainable transformation.

He has been involved in NCLT matters, authored articles for academic and professional publications, and is a frequent guest speaker at national and international forums.

Having travelled extensively across India, North and South America, Europe, Japan, Russia, Thailand, and the UAE, Bhagwan brings a strong global perspective to his consulting and advisory work.

He currently serves on the Boards of multiple companies and organizations, is a member of the Core Incubation Council of a leading university, and actively supports several SMEs in CXO and strategic advisory roles.
